When becoming a client you agree to abide by our Cancellation Policy & Terms of Business.

If you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened or rearranged to avoid inconvenience caused to other clients on our schedule.

If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to carry out your service and full cost will be charged.

All treatment times include treatment and preparation time.

If you are having a lash treatment make sure you arrive with clean lashes so it does not eat into your appointment.

To ensure you gain the most out of your appointment we advise that you arrive prior to your allocated time.

Please inform us of any changes in your health or medication since we last saw you at the start of your appointment.

Our prices are subject to change without notice.

All our clients personal details are kept securely and privately and are not passed on to third parties.

The Following Terms Apply To All Appointments Made.

All treatments require a booking fee to be made when booking, this is non-refundable. This is to cover admin, products ordered for your treatment and your treatment. 

48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.

If we receive less than 48 hours notice, 50% of your appointment is required.

If we receive less than 24 hours notice or you do not show up to your appointment the full treatment price will be charged.

If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.

Please note when booking to avoid gaps we may move your appointment up or down by 15 minutes so please note your booking is not confirmed until you receive your booking confirmation. If you are booking a certain time and it cannot be moved please add a note to notes section and we will do our best to accommodate.
